Isaac W Spetgang, CPA, has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1982. He is dedicated to helping clients make intelligent financial decisions and ethically minimize tax liability. Isaac earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from George Mason University, Fairfax Virginia, and a Masters in General Administration from the University of Maryland University College. Isaac became an enrolled agent in 1981 and soon after become a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

As a tax and accounting practitioner he sees the role of a CPA has more than just compiling and filing facts and figures for his clients. He helps his clients with tax planning to achieve tax savings, as well as guide them in locating service providers for their various business needs. In addition to public accounting experience, Isaac has 28 years of experience with Fannie Mae in various aspects of the Secondary Mortgage banking including Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Acquisitions, Servicing, Budgeting, Quality Assurance System - National Underwriting Center Collections,REO, and Pre-foreclosure Properties etc. His experience includes familiarity with varies mortgage products including Fixed, ARMS, GPARMS, Daily Simple Interest, Reverse Mortgages, Long Term Standby Commitments, Credit Enhancement arrangements, as well as Mortgage-Backed Securities, I/O Strips, and Mortgage derivatives -REMICs.
